DELIVERY POLICY

  • Delivery will be effective soon after your purchase
  • Deliveries will be made within Sri Lanka on the following basis:
    1. Kalutara, Colombo & Greater Kalutara, Colombo delivery will be 1-2 working days
    2. Delivery Outside Colombo delivery will be 2-4 working days
  • In the event you have not received your ordered goods, please Contact Us within seven days.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES UPON DELIVERY

  • Please be sure to sign the Delivery Order Note in the presence of the delivery company representative to indicate your delivery has been received.
  • Examine your order upon delivery to ensure there are no visible signs of incorrect, missing, or damaged items.
  • We want to sort out any issues with incorrect, missing, or damaged items straightaway. In such instances please retain the item(s) including a receipt in its original packaging and Contact Us within 48 hours of delivery. All goods will be inspected on return.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

  • In an instance the product is no longer available we will contact you to advise you of the situation and provide alternative solutions. However, if you decide to cancel, arrangements will be made for a refund.

CONDITION OF GOODS

  • We do not accept returns on used and/or physically damaged goods.
